SHIPPING POLICY
For local customers, I offer the convenience of personal delivery. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your piece directly from my studio in Rabat. This will give you the advantage of seeing the piece in person before purchase. Regarding deliveries outside of Malta this is currently not automatically available, so please email me on allyceramics@gmail.com for more info.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For local purchases, we do not accept returns as customers have the opportunity to view and confirm their satisfaction with the piece before finalising the sale. However, if you have purchased online and are not satisfied upon collection, we can arrange a refund. We encourage all customers to make purchases with confidence, ensuring they are happy with their selection. For international orders, refunds are available if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, and the cost of return shipping will be at your expense. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to helping you find the perfect piece.
